Prep ZT is specially formulated from a blend of Palm and Sunflower Oil. With a great fry life, no hydrogenated fats and less than 1% trans fatty acids this is the product choice for people who want a healthier oil without compromising on fry life. It typically lasts 2 ½ times longer than standard oils producing great tasting food for longer. Using Prep ZT means fewer oil changes and less handling in the kitchen resulting in reduced costs. It is ideal for deep & shallow frying as well as roasting and sautéing. Prep ZT has a neutral taste & smell and is supplied in a 15ltr bucket.

Prep Ultra is a long life hydrogenated vegetable oil that is ideal for heavy duty deep frying. It is designed to typically last 3 times longer than standard oils and so it is an essential product for the frequent busy fryer. Fewer oil changes means a reduction in oil costs and less handling in the kitchen. Prep Ultra is available in a 15ltr bucket.

Prep Palm is available in a 12.5kg block. It is 100% non hydrogenated palm oil with a neutral taste and smell. This oil is very popular within the fish & chip market due to its ability to stand up to high temperatures and is perfect for use within gas fryers. Prep Palm typically last 3 times longer than standard oils and has less than 1% trans fatty acids.
